Training. Of course you want whoever works on your heating and/or cooling system to have had all the standard training that makes a person qualified to do that work. And at Four Winds Heating and Air Conditioning, we have that training --- and the certificates that say we know a lot. But you know and we know that, these days, anyone can invest a few dollars and a few hours online and get a certificate that says they’re good at something. But is that who you want working in your home?
Being a good student doesn’t automatically translate into being a good technician. Its experience in the field, actually running different scenarios in the trenches, that has allowed us to go far beyond classroom knowledge into real-world solutions for our clients. That’s why we include the word “Custom” in our name: Four Winds Custom Heating & Air Conditioning. We understand that more often than not, fitting an HVAC system isn’t “plug-n-play”, fitting easily into existing ductwork and working at maximum efficiency right out of the box. We don’t look for reasons to customize systems….but we don’t try to take the easiest way out, if we know it won’t ultimately serve our clients’ needs.
It’s this approach to business that has allowed Four Winds to remain in business for more than 20 years.
